PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The piece breaker was designed to break nutmeat pieces rather than cut them. Breaking the nutmeat creates a more desirable “natural looking” piece. The machine has a series of rotating and stationary pins. The adjustable feeder conveys product from the hopper to the pins so the product can be broken. Interchangeable pin assemblies are available depending on the desired piece size. All construction is stainless steel except the pin assemblies which are zinc plated carbon steel, and can easily be recovered with a magnet if they break.
