PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The high speed cracker is a revolutionary design.  It requires far less maintenance than other crackers used in the pecan industry.  In fact, it has only 8 bearings and 3 belts, requires no compressed air, no oil and there is no feed chain.  Changing from one nut size to the next can be done in minutes with the machine running.  The only requirements are that the nut is sized by diameter to 1/16th of an inch and the pecan is tempered so that the kernel moisture is at 8% (6% - 11% depending on nut variety).
