DOUBLE BASKET BATCH DRYER
With independantly articulating baskets, this batch dryer can dry pecan halves and pieces. Each basket will hold 200 pounds.

VACUUM SIPHON FLOAT
The Vacuum Siphon Float utilizes a siphon to waterlog shell that could not be removed by a pneumatic separator. The nut meat/shell mixture is passed into a siphon which in turn removes air from the pecan shell. When the nut meat/shell mixture returns to the settling tank, the waterlogged pecan shell sinks to the bottom and is augured out while the nut meat is skimmed off of the top of the water.
