PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Four Screen Sizer was designed to size product into four different sizes, and has a large dust container below the screens to catch any pecan meal and small shell that is not wanted. In many shelling operations, this sizer is placed immediately after a sheller to separate similar sizes of nutmeat and shell into separate containers. It can be used to feed blowers or aspirators for air leg separation of nutmeat and shell. This sizer can hold a maximum of four screens. The screen sizes are 18” wide x 42” long. The available hole sizes of the screens are 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4". The screen material is round hole perforated 16 gauge steel sheet that has been zinc plated. Other hole sizes may be available by special request.
